Beyoncé says she’s ‘always bruised’ after doing a performance or music video
Beyoncé may have perfect poise in front of photographers but she’s revealed that once the cameras are off she’s pretty accident prone. So much so that she admits she’s often covered in bruises thanks to strenuous rehearsals and a dedication to her work.

Speaking ahead of the opening night of her Mrs Carter Show tour that opens on Monday in Serbia, Beyoncé revealed to Heat magazine about the number of injuries she sustains. She said: ‘I have fallen quite a few times, so I have learnt how to fall. It is very rare that I am not bruised in my life.
‘I am always bruised somewhere - like my legs, my hips, I have hit something, I've fallen.’

But it’s not just knocks and trips that Beyoncé has to battle against, she also said her wardrobe on the set of music videos can be a potential hazard adding: ‘We have a joke. Whenever I've had a video that's great, I've definitely bled somewhere - the dancing, and the shoes, and the costumes - it's always a ring or something that slices me.’

Although being the powerhouse that the singer most certainly is, she won’t let bleeding stop her from giving things her all, ‘But you've already started so you've just got to fight through it,’ she added.
