Bella Hadid just ran into The Weeknd, and it was so awkward
But she handled it like a pro, of course
But she handled it like a pro, of course

Is there anything worse than bumping into your ex after finding out that they're now dating someone you know?
Yes. Bumping into your ex after finding out that they're now dating someone you know in front of the whole wide world. That must be pretty damn hard.
But Bella Hadid has taken it in her stride since finding out that her former lover, The Weeknd (or Abel Tesfaye as his friends probably know him), is now loved up with Selena Gomez.
Yes, some Instagram unfollowing happened, and yes there was a sass post here and there, but Bella has been very classy about the whole thing. Even if her pal Hailey Baldwin has been making sly digs at Selena on her behalf.
So when Bella and The Weeknd publicly bumped into each other for the first time since that Victoria's Secret runway moment where she was all of us, we held our breath.

Bella and her sister, Gigi (who may or may not be secretly engaged, btw), were walking the runway for the H&M Studio Spring/Summer 2017 show this week, and who was performing on stage? The Weeknd, of course.
Mmm. Awkward.
But as all the models emerged and strutted over to the stage for the finale, Bella and Gigi came out, arms swinging, hands held, the perfect picture of sisterhood if ever we saw it.
Although it looks like Bella does a quick scan to work out where exactly The Weeknd is standing (we've all been there), Gigi is on hand to give her sister a little hand squeeze and a smile.
Just look at that look they give each other:
Could we love Gigi and Bella any more than we already do?
