Bookies are predicting the prince will pop the question to his girlfriend within the year

Prince Harry and Cressida Bonas may be treating us to another royal wedding in the near future.

Rumours of a royal engagement first popped up last autumn, with sources saying the couple (who've been dating for two years) was ready to settle down. But then we went months without nary a public appearance from the adorable twosome - and we started to wonder...

But then Cressida showed up to support her boyfriend at an official event for the very first time on Friday. They looked smitten as they cuddled in the audience during the WE Day event.

Then on Sunday, the two enjoyed the sunshine at a rugby match at Twickenham. Two loved-up photo opps in three days? Are they trying to tell us something?

Well, according to the bookies, the answer is yes.

Bookmakers have slashed the odds of a 2014 proposal to 8/13.

If there is an engagement on the horizon, it makes sense that the pair would ease back into making public appearances before making their big announcement.

And the bookies do have some experience in this department. Afterall, they accurately predicted Prince William and Kate Middleton's engagement back in 2010.
