The Apprentice's Katie Hopkins to marry lover - once his divorce comes through
She was the contestant we loved to hate during the last series of The Apprentice.
Now Katie Hopkins, who walked out of the show after Sir Alan Sugar selected her for the final, is to marry the lover she was caught getting familiar with in a cornfield.
The 32-year-old will reportedly tie the knot with her former colleague Mark Cross, 43, after his divorce from his wife Ruth is finalised. Hopkins was sacked from her £90,000 job as a brand consultant at the Met Office after pictures of the pair naked in a cornfield were published in newspapers.
The couple, who live together near Exeter, Devon, plan to marry in a low-key ceremony next year and have children. Hopkins already has two daughters from a previous relationship with her former boss.
When asked by interviewers on The Apprentice whether she had ever lied or cheated to get what she wanted, Hopkins famously replied: 'Yes, to get someone else's husband because I wanted him.'
Commenting on her own wedding, she told The Sun: 'I don't care about a white dress, I just want my kids to have the best.'
