Angelina Jolie talks directorial debut & Brad Pitt wedding rumours

'I’m not pregnant, not adopting and there’ll be no secret wedding,' the A-lister revealed in a new interview.

A-list actress Angelina Jolie has opened up on her directorial debut, In the Land Of Blood and Honey in a new Vanity Fair interview, telling all on her life with a certain Brad Pitt, and posing for a series of stunning pictures with her children in tow.

After confirming there’s definitely ‘no secret wedding’ in the works for her and Brad, and that she won’t be adding to her brood any time soon (‘I’m not pregnant. I’m not adopting at the moment,’) Ange got down to talking about her new movie.

Set against the backdrop of the Bosnian conflict in the 1990s, the actress announced the film during a trip to Sarajevo earlier this year, and even penned the screenplay and decided to direct the film herself.

‘I've never felt more exposed. My whole career, I've hidden behind other people's words,’ Angelina revealed to the magazine. ‘Now it's me talking. You feel ridiculous when you get something wrong.’

She added: ‘It was something I didn’t trust out of my hands. So by default I ended up putting myself in as director.’

But it seems Brad – who’s often been spied helping out on set – has been eager to lend Angelina a hand.

‘He'd come in and say what he liked or what he didn't understand. Like any woman, I would listen to most of it and fight a few things.

‘He's been so supportive. But it's hard to separate the person that loves you from the critic, so I don't think he's a fair judge.’

In the Land of Blood and Honey hits screens in December.
