Angelina Jolie was a major hit in Paris last night as she made her second public appearance since undergoing a double mastectomy.
The A-list actress, who turns 38 today, joined her hubby-to-be Brad Pitt on the red carpet for the Paris premiere of his new movie, World War Z.
Wearing a black custom-made Saint Laurent trouser suit and high-neck black blouse, Angelina looked smart, chic and a picture of perfect health. She wore her hair tied back into a sleek pony and showed off her immaculate complexion with simple make-up and a huge beaming smile.
Brad dressed in black for the event, and once again couldn't look any prouder of his brave and elegant fiancé.
The couple were spotted arriving in Paris on a private jet yesterday afternoon with their children. They'll spend the week travelling the globe as they work the promotional trail for Brad's new film.
The movie sees Brad, a former UN employee, take on a terrifying zombie apocalypse – but all anyone cares about this week is how Ange is recovering following her brave decision to undergo a preventative double mastectomy.

"He (Brad Pitt) has been extraordinary, just extraordinary. He’s just such a wonderful man and a wonderful father, and I am very, very lucky.
"I have been very happy just to see the discussion about women's health expanded and that means the world to me.
"After losing my mum to these issues, I’m very grateful for it, and I’ve been very moved by the kind support from people."
Angelina missed the funeral of her aunt, Debbie Martin, on Sunday, who died last week following a battle with breast cancer. Angelina's father, Jon Voight, was spotted attending the funeral in her place.
We think Ange deserves a romantic birthday lunch in Paris today. Happy Birthday, lady.
