Angelina Jolie's stunt double has launched a lawsuit over phone hacking in the US - the first of its kind - alleging News Corp journalists illegally accessed her voicemail.
Eunice Huthart, who worked on action film Mr and Mrs Smith in 2005, claims employees illegally listened to messages from Angelina Jolie, which she then never received.

In court papers filed in Los Angeles earlier this week, Huthhart claims 'illegal activities were undertaken ... principally through the two newspapers, the Sun and the News of the World'.
The stunt star referenced several articles which appeared in News Corp publications at the time, including a story by the Sun that Angelina Jolie had started a relationship with Brad Pitt on the set.
Huthart says these intimate details were something that only she, their bodyguards, and their PAs knew.

On another occasion, Angelina Jolie asked for the stuntwoman to set up motorcycle lessons so she could go out riding with Pitt, but several message relating this were deleted without her knowledge.
'These messages appeared to have been hacked and deleted before she heard them,' the legal documents say.
Among other items not received in relation to Angelina Jolie were 'hotel arrangements where she was staying, code names for hotels and individuals, dinner reservations, meet-up times and, on occasion, when she sought the help of Plaintiff during times of need'.
Legal experts say the first News Corp-related hacking enquiry in the US could 'open the floodgates' for other claims.
'This could open the floodgates for other litigation,' said New York based attorney Richard Roth said.
'What [News Corp] journalists did in Britain struck a chord with Americans and now this whole issue appears to be spreading like wildfire.'
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie first met on the set of action flick Mr and Mrs Smith, where they played the film's eponymous married couple.
Brad Pitt split from then wife Jennifer Aniston during filming, amid rumours that the on-screen romance had spilled off-screen. Although both parties adamantly denied an affair, Jolie would later say that she and Pitt 'fell in love' on the set.
