During the chat with ITV show This Morning, the blonde beauty asked Murray whether he was thinking of popping the question to long term girlfriend Kim.
But he wasn't going to give anything away.
Instead, the sneaky sports star retorted: 'I only met you about ten minutes ago so I wouldn't be telling you first.'

Andy Murray did add that, after dating Kim Sears for close to eight years, she has come to completely understand the pressures of the game.
'It's been close to eight years now, it's been a long time,' he said.
'She's been with me since the second time I played Wimbledon. It's good because her dad is a tennis coach and he still travels on the tour, so she understands the sport well. She was was used to being away from her dad from a young age, so she understands that sort of distant relationship.
'It's worked well'.
Andy Murray may not have spilled any juicy details about a marriage proposal to Kim Sears, but Holly Willoughby was clearly still a fan of the Wimbledon star.
Taking to Twitter to share a picture of the pair together, she wrote: 'Nicest man ever! X'.
We're glad to hear it!
During the interview, the pair also discussed rumours Andy Murray is in with a chance of a Knighthood, after David Cameron said he couldn't 'think of anyone who deserves one more'.
But Murray seemed unconvinced.
'I don't know. A lot of people have asked me about that today,' he said.
'I think it's more because it's taken just a long time for someone to do it. I don't know whether winning Wimbledon deserves a knighthood.'
