Sofia shared photos of the pair at the exclusive Parrot Cay by Como resort, giving us seriously holiday envy.
The couple tied the knot back in November, and it looked like the most epic wedding of all time.

The beautiful couple exchanged their vows at The Breakers in Palm Beach, with the party in the hotel's Venetian ballroom - and the aisle decorated in a spectacular hanging floral arrangement that was outdone only by Sofia's custom Zuhair Murad dress.
The showstopping strapless gown with intricate detailing had a long train, and Sofia left her hair loose around her shoulders. Joe opted for a classic tuxedo from John Varvatos.
The couple said 'I will' in front of a minister, and members of the wedding party read from the Bible in both Spanish and English, with Sofia and Joe also reciting their own vows.
Of the couple's 400 guests, there were plenty of famous faces, including Channing Tatum, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Reese Witherspoon and most of the Modern Family cast, including Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Eric Stonestreet, Ed O'Neill, Ty Burrell, Julie Bowen and Sarah Hyland.
The couple chose to dance to the famous Frank Sinatra ballad The Way You Look Tonight, while Pitbull even made a surprise appearance.
And if you needed an excuse to love this couple even more, instead of gifts, guests were asked to make donations to children's hospitals.
