Alicia Keys jetted off to the Bahamas for our exclusive cover story for the July issue of Marie Claire, and now we can bring you the first look at the making of the shoot!
Our behind-the-scenes video shows the superstar singer on location on the Caribbean islands with the Marie Claire team of photographers, stylists and make-up artists hard at work on the fashion shoot.
Alicia can be seen striking a series of poses for photographer Yutsai as she models key designer looks by the likes of Gucci, Diane von Furstenberg, Versace and Just Cavalli.
But which one did the singer love the most? She reveals in the clip: 'I think my favourite look is this beautiful animal print Gucci dress, I loved the way that it fell, it felt, like, elegant but at the same time fun, so I think that's my favourite look. Oh, and also that DVF yellow jumpsuit!'
With such an exotic setting, Alicia also opened up about her love of travel and her planned trips for the future. She said: 'I'm really looking forward to having a really incredible time on my travels. I think that to be able to tour and travel the world at this time in my life is different than any other time, and I'm really looking forward to experiencing it in a way I never have before. I'm going to places I've never been, you know, it's a lot of growth, so I'm excited.'
