After months spent recovering from throat surgery, the excited songstress has finally confirmed her comeback
After months spent recovering from vocal chord surgery, plus a string of cancelled gigs, Brit songstress Adele has announced she is set to make her comeback - at next weekend's Grammy Awards.
Taking to Twitter to share the exciting news, the Someone Like You singer - who is nominated for a whopping six prizes at this year's ceremony - joked she had 'started to forget' she was a singer after being out of action for so long.
'Ima be, Ima be singing at the Grammys. It's been so long I started to forget I was a singer! I can't wait, speak soon xx.' she wrote.
The starlet also released an official statement confirming the news, revealing she's 'immensely proud' to have been asked to star in this year's star-studded show.
'I’m immensely proud to have been asked to perform at this year’s Grammy Awards,' she gushed.

'It’s an absolute honour to be included in such a night, and for it to be my first performance in months is very exciting and of course nerve-wracking, but what a way to get back into it all.'
Adele will join a host of other A-list acts on stage at the music event on February 12, including Coldplay, Bruno Mars, Rihanna and Taylor Swift.
