One of the things we love the most about Adele is how straight talking she is. Unlike many other popstars the singer doesn't hold back when it comes to the important issues.
Now Adele has spoke out about how she feels about her body image admitting: 'I do have body image problems, for sure. But I don’t let them rule my life, at all.'
She went on to say: 'There’s bigger issues going on in the world than how I might feel about myself and stuff like that. There’s only one of you, so why would you want to look like everyone else? Why would you want to have the same hair style as everyone else and have the same opinions as everyone else?' Well, quite right.
Adele, whose figure has fluctuated over the years (like most people's) has previously said that she would only lose weight if it begun to effect her health.
And she explained in her recent Rolling Stone interview that she has been going to the gym recently, but so that she can be in shape for a potential tour: 'I'm not, like, skipping to the fucking gym,' she said, 'I don’t enjoy it.
'I do like doing weights. I don’t like looking in the mirror. Blood vessels burst on my face really easily, so I’m so conscious when I’m lifting weights not to let them burst in my face. And if I don’t tour, you’ll catch me back down at the Chinese!'
