After a challenging few months and painful throat surgery, an upbeat Adele has taken to Twitter to let fans know she's back on form.
And with a brand new 'do, her trademark slick of black eyeliner and killer cheekbones, the star's looking better than ever.
After undergoing microsurgery in November for a haemorrhaging vocal chord, the 23-year-old tweeted a photo of herself yesterday with the message:
'Back on the grind. Hair and make up did. Merry Christmas! Axx'
ADELE'S 21 BIGGEST SELLING ALBUM OF 2011
Adele had to cancel tour dates and TV appearances earlier this year due to her illness. Last month she was operated on in Massachusetts in the US - by the same doctor who treated Liv Tyler's dad and Aerosmith lead singer, Steven Tyler.

After the surgery, Adele updated fans on her website, saying: 'The operation was a success and I’m just chilling out now until I get the all-clear from my doctors.'
'Thank you for all your positive thoughts and get well wishes.'
It's been a huge year for Adele and her second album, 21 is the biggest selling of 2011.
She'll want to be fighting fit for the Grammys next month after being nominated for a staggering six awards, including the three big ones: Album, song and record of the year.
