On Monday evening, Adele closed out the North American leg of her current world tour. While bidding farewell to her audience at the Talking Stick Resort Arena, Adele announced she is ‘off to have a baby’.
It is not clear if she is announcing that she is going to have another baby, or she is planning to have another baby. Either way we are so excited for the singer!
‘Give it up for me — I did it! I’ll see you on the other side. I’m going to have another baby!’
The phenomenal singer has performed 107 shows in 10 months and will be taking a three month break before she finishes her world tour in Australia and New Zealand.
This isn’t the first time Adele has talked about having a baby. Just over a month ago she was having baby fever and talked about it with the crowd when she performed at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena.

‘My son is about to turn 4 very, very soon. I’m starting to get very emotional about it because I feel like once they turn 4, they’re not really your actual baby anymore. So, my womb is starting to ache a little bit. It’s like, “Baby, baby, baby. Need a baby, need a baby.”’
Whether she is pregnant or not, many woman appreciated that after having her son Angelo, she was very candid about her post-natal depression.
‘My knowledge of postpartum — or post-natal, as we call it in England — is that you don’t want to be with your child; you’re worried you might hurt your child; you’re worried you weren’t doing a good job,’ she explained. ‘But I was obsessed with my child. I felt very inadequate; I felt like I’d made the worst decision of my life. It can come in many different forms. Eventually I just said, I’m going to give myself an afternoon a week, just to do whatever the fuck I want without my baby. A friend of mine said, “Really? Don’t you feel bad?” I said, I do, but not as bad as I’d feel if I didn’t do it.’
We can’t wait until her tour starts back up, but we are so happy that she is getting a much needed break to spend with her family!
