We bring you the low-down on our new crush.
We bring you the low-down on our new crush.
We're just a little bit obsessed with Jamie Campbell Bower right now. So keen to know a little bit more about him, we thought we'd do a little digging into his background to see what we could learn.
Here's what we found out about the handsome actor... He bagged his first major movie role when he was 19
A member of the National Youth Theatre, Jamie's big break came when a family friend introduced him to Ralph Fiennes' agent. Soon after, he nabbed a role in Tim Burton's musical film Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber Of Fleet Street. In the movie, Jamie played the role of Anthony Hope, a sailor who falls in love with lead actor Johnny Depp's daughter.
Just a year after its release, he was signed up for Guy Richie's hit RocknRolla.
He just can't resist fantasy films
As well as staring as Volturi leader Caius in all of The Twlight Saga flicks, Jamie portrayed the young Gellert Grindelwald in Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part 1 and landed the part of Jace in The Mortal Instruments: City Of Bones.

He can sing as well as act
With both parents musicians, it's no real surprise that Jamie's a great singer. Having first revealed his talent in Sweeney Todd, he was offered the part of Joe in the stage adaptation of Bend It Like Beckham earlier this year.
But Jamie has admitted that he doesn't always feel as qualified for the job as the rest of the show's stars, saying: 'For me personally, having not, like a lot of the other cast, been a predominantly West End musical singer, I feel like sometimes I struggle,' he confessed. 'But it’s going well.'
Prior to this, Jamie was the lead vocalist in a band called The Darling Buds and made a brief cameo in the video for Florence + The Machine's single Never Let Me Go.
He is very loved-up with Lily Collins *sobs*
If social media is anything to go by, Jamie and Lily are still very much enjoying the honeymoon stage of their relationship. Having met while shooting 2012 fantasy film The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones, the pair briefly split before confirming they were back together in May by sharing a cute kissing picture on Instagram.
Before falling for Lily, Jamie was engaged to Bonnie Wright, who played Ginny Weasley in the Harry Potter films. The couple decided to end their relationship in 2012.
He is a fan of body art
A true tattoo lover, Jamie has a number of inkings on his body including rose on his knee and a skull on one of his fingers.
'I have a light side and a dark side that my tattoos represent. My left side is my dark side, and my right side is my light side,' he said. 'I have a big skull on the back of my left calf, and on my right calf I have a bird with flowers behind it. I want to get more skulls on my left side and more flowers and pretty shit on my right.'
He is a model too
Jamie's handsome and sculpted features earned him a contract with Select Model Management. As a result, he fronted Burberry's SS14 campaign where he looked totally handsome in a beige trench.
