It's week six of our #BREAKFREE campaign and this week we've been examining body hate and the way we think about and portray our bodies. Body confidence is fundamental and we believe that everyone should learn to love themselves and embrace their flaws.
We've spoken to a range of women throughout the week to explore what body confidence means to them and how they overcame their insecurities. We’ve also been posting empowering celebrity quotes and stories from bloggers, writers and plus size models on the @marieclaireuk Instagram account every day this week.
If you’d like to share their comments, that’s fine by us. Simply save the images below, and Instagram / Tweet or Facebook them, along with the hashtag #BREAKFREE.
