You've got to hand it to the visionaries at Chanel. They've somehow created a utopian garden in the middle of a bustling beauty hall. Designed as a sanctuary for shoppers, full-size trees with arching foliage surround beauty counters whilst butterflies can be glimpsed from every angle, and right bang in the middle of Selfridges Oxford Street.
It's a fantasy land of lustrous greens and soft pinks to emulate the soft colours of the iconic Chanel Chance fragrances.
But there's way more than meets the eye; for two weeks only, the cosmetic Neverland is offering complimentary makeovers to anyone who fancies it, using the new summer collection, plus guests can relax on the garden swing whilst perusing a wide choice of make-up looks (yes, that's right, we said SWING!).
They've got beauty looks for all the summer engagements you might have on the horizon including: Beach Party, Garden Party and Festival, meaning you can get your summer sorted.
Nails aren't forgotten, either. You can book in for a shape and paint with top celebrity nail technicians every Wednesday from 4pm to 8pm. Definitely worth a flutter.
