Perfect for brides or a natural everyday look, see Lisa Eldridge create this look on Downton Abbey star, Laura Carmichael
With season 5 airing now and a rumoured George Clooney appearance for the Christmas special, Downton Abbey is very much back in our lives. So we're very excited to see a little behind-the-scenes action, with this new make-up tutorial from top make-up artist Lisa Eldridge.
Featuring Downton's very own Lady Edith (or Laura Carmichael as she is known in the real world), this brand new make-up tutorial shows us exactly how to recreate that pretty English Rose look, seen on all the Downton girls.
Lisa talks through how to master the classic style, which she says is perfect for brides or for creating a natural everyday look, as well as giving product recommedations to help you achieve this flawless look.
Lisa starts by applying L'Oréal's Infallible Foundation in Porcelain 015, finishing off Laura's flawless complexion with the Chanel Poudre Universelle Libre Natural Finish Loose Powder in Clair 20 and Clinique's Airbrush Concealer in 04. The finishing touch to a peaches and cream complexion? Daniel Sandler's Watercolour Blush in Cherub.
