Katie Price has sparked outrage from health experts after stating that regular use of both sunbeds and botox are essential parts of her beauty regime.
Uh oh, looks like Katie has once again landed herself in the centre of a controversy.
Initial extracts of Miss Price's latest book, Standing Out, have been released - in which the author unleashes some arguably ill-advised beauty tips on the public.

After claiming that she gave up on using fake tan because she didn't like the smell, the mother of three writes that the regular use of a skin-damaging sunbed is one of her top tips for looking good.
She then proceeds to shrug off the risk of skin cancer by giving out the heart-warming message: 'we've all got to die of something.'

'Looking after my skin is not my strong point, but two things that do make my skin look better are sunbeds and botox,' she writes.
'I used to use spray tan but it stinks so now I use sunbeds. I know people say they're dangerous and can give you skin cancer but I don't smoke, I hardly drink and we've all got to die of something, so that's just my choice.'
Katie's latest autobiographical offering is out in March, and is described by her publishers as 'revealing all her top tips on looking and feeling good.'
The comments have unsurprisingly sparked outrage from health experts.
'Skin cancer is the fastest growing cancer in the UK and the most common in young people,' says Julie Barratt from the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health. 'To advocate behaviour that is acknowledged as a risk factor is glib.'
'If people want the appearance of a suntan, fake is better than bake.'
