HYDRATE YOUR SKIN Keeping your skin hydrated throughout winter can be a challenge. It's worth investing in a thicker, creamy mask to really give your skin a moisturising boost but instead of slathering it on and waiting twenty minutes, use your fingers to massage in firm upwards and outwards movements to stimulate circulation.

DO THE PINCHING TECHNIQUE It's not everyone’s cup of tea but the professionals swear by it and so do we. While you’ve still got the mask on, gently pinch your skin, using enough pressure so it goes a little pink but don’t go too mad.
