Gisele is unveiled as Max Factor's new model
Gisele Bündchen has been unveiled as the new face of Max Factor.
Set to appear in ads from this October, the Brazilian supermodel will initially be promoting Max Factor's Lipfinity 3D Longwear Lip Color and ColorGenius Face Collection. She will also help the brand to celebrate its 100 year anniversary, which takes place in 2009.
Gisele replaces current poster-girl Carmen Electra, who has been the face of the brand for the past three years.
The campaign will be the first big beauty contract for the star, who was unable to promote cosmetics companies while under contract with lingerie brand Victoria's Secret; a contract that ended last year.
Named by Forbes as the world's highest paid model, Gisele reportedly made $33 million last year alone. She is rumoured to be earning $2.5 million for the Max Factor deal.
