Baths are my favourite extravagance. I love to take them during the day with balt salts, it’s my ultimate guilty pleasure to take a daytime bath. I love using the Byredo Bal d’Afrique Bath Oil, £88. If I've worked out using Epsom salts, £2.99 from the pharmacy helps me relax. I always have a lot of ideas when I’m in the bath too.
In terms of fitness it might sound like a cliché but it’s really true when they say ‘healthy body healthy mind’. Every morning I start my day with 10 minutes of stretching. I also do a mixture of weightlifting and kickboxing, which are both great for toning. I try and do yoga about once a week if I have time.
Hair is such an emotional thing, it holds so many memories. Cutting off your hair can give you a new lease of life, a new energy! I love changing my look with a hair dye or cut. There's no point being precious about it because it grows back - sometimes I just decide to grab a pair of scissors and chop it myself!
Bridget Bardot is a beauty icon of mine. I’ll try and recreate that 70’s look at home with my hair and makeup. The Kerastase L’Incroyable Blowdry Serum, £29 is great for doing a bouncy blowdry at home.
My mum and my grandma always tell me to ‘moisturise, moisturise, moisturise!’ They know that having dry skin was one of the worst things you can do. For my facial skincare I use a lot of Skinceuticals products, I love the Skinceuticals Hydrating B5 Gel, £129 and the Skinceuticals C E Ferulic, £59.
When it comes to makeup I like trying out new styles. My go-to look is a smudged black eyeliner and a red lip. I love the NARS Velvet Matte Lip Pencil in Cruella, £19 and for eyeliner I love the Burberry Blendable Black Kohl Liner, £17 and then I smudge it out all along the lash-line.

Eyebrows are so important to me. I don’t use gel or powder though just a bit of hairspray on an eyebrow brush to make them really nice and stiff. I’ve even tried using moustache wax!
I don’t wash my hair often. I usually I let the natural oils moisturise the hair but when I do I always use the Kérastase Resistance Masque Force, £29. The best thing to do is go to a steam room and put your hair mask on whilst you're in there. It really helps your hair absorb all the moisture.
My favourite perfume trick is to spritz it behind my knees if I’m wearing a skirt or in my hair so it leaves a cloud behind me when I leave a room. My fragrance Original, £60 is sensual and feminine but also with a unisex feel to it.
