Top tips for To Do list fans
Sound familiar? Psychologist Marisa Peer has some sage advice about how to stay on top of your To Do list:
- Avoid multiple lists by creating one master list - otherwsise you'll feel overwhelmed
- Complete one action from your list every day without fail
- An effective list should be no more than eight points. Don t make them so long they scare you!
- Reward yourself once you have completed the most difficult items on your list
