Even two years on, we are still loving Arianna Huffington inspirational book, Thrive: The Third Metric to Redefining Success and Creating a Life of Well-Being, Wisdom, and Wonder.
The idea for the book came to Arianna after she collapsed from exhaustion nine years ago. Due to the stress of her career, she was essentially burnt out. The basic ideas to come out of Thrive are that being attached to our phones, working like dogs and stressing out are not the ways to achieve a successful career.
