We caught up with her to talk inspiration and her experiences of mentoring ahead of our 2011 campaign.
What fired your ambition to start your own business? After modelling, I had tried various courses until I found something I wanted to do. When I came across cooking, I realised I had a natural flair for it. After working in restaurants, I decided I wanted my own business.

What’s been a career high? Doing the television show was amazing – I had so much fun.
What’s the best careers advice that you’ve been given? I wasn’t given any careers advice! No one can prepare you for the enormity of what you are embarking on when you set up your own business. The most important thing I've been told is that when things get challenging, it’s important to keep going.
