Thank you for using the career finder to see what kind of career could be waiting for you in the British Army.
You’re a strong, confident woman who knows how to get the best out of people and out of the trickiest situations. Always on top of what’s happening around you with a natural ability when it comes to identifying problems before they arise, your positive energy and can-do nature makes you perfect management material.
There are various roles in the British Army that will put your fantastic people skills, decisive personality and unflappable nature to great use, such as a HR Officer, Engineer Troop Officer, Design Engineer Team Officer or Intelligence Officer.
Not only will you be able to achieve your true potential in a job that fits you like a pair of Louboutins, but the British Army is equal opportunities – with salaries according to rank, not gender, you won’t find a pay gap here. If that’s not enticing enough, other benefits include a pension, 38 days annual holiday, maternity packages, childcare support and family accommodation. Plus there’s subsidised learning, so you could pick up a new language or law skills. You could even join as a Reservist and get paid to train in your spare time.
