Always recruiting, the Army have more than 200 diverse roles on offer, with 67% of those giving women the chance to challenge themselves while receiving full training and development. If that wasn’t enough, equality of pay, career progression and the opportunity to travel are also some of the perks.
There’s no glass ceiling here – salary is according to rank, not gender, and benefits include maternity packages, childcare support and family accommodation. The Army is an equal opportunities employer, open to applications from everyone regardless of race, gender or sexual orientation. Plus, there’s the option to join as a Reserve – paid to train in your spare time.
