According to a new study, those of us who make time for regular sessions between the sheets are more likely to enjoy their jobs. Noted, considering this is how often the average Brit has sex each week.
Over 150 married couples participated in the research conducted by Oregon State University, which reviewed their love and work lives to determine any correlation between the two.
It found that the couples who had more sex tended to enjoy their jobs more because they were often in a better mood the day after. This led to a higher job satisfaction and engagement at work.

The research also showed that more sex improved overall marital satisfaction and sleep quality too, so there really is no denying the benefits of a regular romp.
