But, since news of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's wedding has come to light we haven't been able to help but wonder what the future royal's own beauty secrets are.
Sure, we know Meghan Markle's favourite moisturiser of choice - but there must be more to it than that.
Well, it turns out there is, as Meghan recently revealed how she keeps her energy levels up and maintains flawless skin.
It turns out the former actress swears by snacking on almonds and almond butter.
Almonds are high in zinc and contain the B-vitamins niacin and riboflavin, which help with the maintenance of normal hair and skin. So, they're the perfect snack to choose.

'A daily portion (a handful of almonds, 28 grams, about 23 almonds), are really good all-rounders. Almonds are the perfect addition to your daily beauty regimen because almonds provide niacin, riboflavin, and zinc, which contribute to the maintenance of normal skin,' explains Dietitian Lucy Jones.
