Sexual health giants Durex are handing over the creative reins to the general public for a condom TV campaign as part of National Condom Week (17-23 May).
Anyone can enter the brilliant new campaign - Create The Next Ad - with their safe sex message. Simply visit www.durex.co.uk/durextv and upload your entry. You can film using your phone or a video camera, as long as you're over 16.
Condoms are the only form of contraception to protect against both unplanned pregnancy and STIs. The campaign is an annual initiative aimed at promoting safer sex.
And the prize? The winning ad will be selected by a panel of judges during December and will be aired on ITV in January. The winner will also receive £2000, second and third place will receive £1000 and £500 respectively.
Neal Woods, senior brand manager at Durex said: ‘We regularly receive sample adverts from members of the public - safer sex is something everyone has an opinion on. We decided to consolidate and reward the talent out there with this new campaign.'
