As someone who works out five times a week, Sweaty Betty kit is a go-to - and now is a great time to shop the brand
Kit that lasts the long run.

These Sweaty Betty deals were last checked on 01/12/2024 to ensure that all of the products below are still in stock and discounted. We'll continue to monitor them for further price drops.
As someone who works out five, sometimes even six, times a week, I can't stress enough how important functional and fashionable fit kit is to me. You see, if it isn't functional - that is to say, sweat-wicking, supportive, and breathable, it'll make my session a pain and likely never be worn again. But if it's so highly functional that I couldn't wear it to brunch with friends, I'll likely also swerve it in favour of more fashion-forward designs that look and feel good during workouts, too. Enter stage right: Sweaty Betty gym kit.
The originally British brand has long been one of my go-to's for stylish, compressive and mood-boosting workout gear and there's a reason their Power leggings and Stamina bra have an almost cult-like following. Their kit really works, you see and is versatile enough to be worn for high-intensity, super sweaty sessions and a casual girls' lunch, too. If you've been considering investing in some new gym kit for a while but are unsure whether you can afford it, now might be a good time to invest. You see, Black Friday has passed and Cyber Monday is now upon us - and the brand is offering a pretty generous discount this year to celebrate. But it's worth noting that the deals will wrap up at midnight on Monday 2nd December 2024.
While we don't endorse buying for the sake of it here at MC UK, I can personally attest that I own and love all of the kit below and rave about it regularly to friends and family (the Power shorts, Therma Boost half running zip and Power bra are my personal favourites). The items are high quality - they look good, support you through pretty much any workout (read: running, cycling, strength training, Pilates, hiking and more) and stand the test of time, too.

Available in a whole host of different colours and patterns, these workout leggings are best-sellers for a reason and truly stand the test of time. They're compressive, sweat-wicking, and squat-proof, super high-waisted for extra support, and come with two handy pockets for all your essentials - just part of the reason they're in our edit of the best gym leggings of all time.

If you're more in the market for leggings designed for low impact sessions, walking and brunch with your friends, you can't go far wrong with the All Day design. These are a firm favourite of mine - not only because they're squat-proof and ultra-lightweight, but because they're super wearable, too, making them great for any workout.
For super cosy leggings to see you through winter, SB's Therma Boost leggings are some of the best you can buy. An updated version of their bestselling winter run leggings, they're made from temperature-regulating and sweat-wicking materials to offer protection in all elements, plus have two side pockets for your essentials.
If you're a fan of hatha, yin or any type of yoga, these super soft tights from SB are a no-brainer. They feel like butter while still maintaining a sculpting feel, with noticeably flattering seamlines, a super high-waisted design and snug compression.
These flared leggings come in three inseam lengths so you can be sure of a perfect fit. Sweat-wicking and with handy pockets for all your essentials, they're ideal for yoga, pilates, barre, or just relaxing in at home.

This is a great option for runners or those of you who love high intensity workouts. With a stretchy but seriously supportive design, the looped back and adjustable T-bar strap mean it's great for all sessions. I'm a fan of the removable pads, too, meaning you can customise it to fit how you prefer.

Trust me when I say you'll wear this workout top on repeat - it's the perfect throw-on-and-get-moving essential and versatile and sweat-wicking enough to wear for pretty much any workout.
As a runner, I can tell you first hand that this is a great workout essential - it keeps you dry and warm and has breathable mesh panels on the back for extra ventilation. Plus, the sweat-wicking fabric is soft and stretchy, meaning it's easy to get on and off post-run when you're sweaty.

When I say I'm obsessed with this jumper - I honestly mean I'm obsessed. The ultimate statement knit, it's warm rather than itchy, cosy while still keeping you cool, and made from a wool and alpaca blend which washes well and feels great against your skin.

Unlike your traditional legging-like half zip running layers, this fleece top is super soft and cosy while also being breathable and sweat-wicking well. I like that the zip is well manufactured so it doesn't rub against your skin or cause any chafing during movement, plus that it fits true to size.
I wear this logo sweatshirt more than I care to admit. It's deliciously soft and snuggly, washes really well, and is the perfect length so as not to drown you or make a gym fit look frumpy. I love the retro style of the front slogan, too.
This handy and stylish layering piece is now 50% off. It can be worn as a layering piece or alone as a long-sleeved workout top, thanks to its seamless and sweat-wicking finish.
Best accessories discounts:
This is a tote bag with a difference, and a new and improved version of their best-selling design which promises to make carrying your daily essentials from A to B that bit easier. Stylish yet practical, it's made from a super lightweight canvas and has an adjustable shoulder strap so you can tailor it to whatever length you'd like. Plus, it has two pockets for all of your items - one in the main bag compartment and one on the front.
If you're one of the thousands in the UK who's taken up Pilates this year, investing in a good quality pair of grippy socks will make your practice that bit easier. These are incredibly soft thanks to their breathable organic cotton material, wash really well and have an effective grip panel on the sole to make sure you can maintain your pose, whether you're on a mat or Reformer.
Take your home workouts up a notch with these resistance bands. Coming in a handy pack of three, the long loop bands are made from latex, are easy to use, and promise to add tension to any move.
How long does the Sweaty Betty Black Friday sale last?
The brand has already rolled out discounts across its website, offering 30% off most of its best-selling styles (and even more, in some instances). They normally wrap up the discount come Cyber Monday, and this year the deals are live until midnight on Monday 2nd December 20204, which gives you one more day to think about which items you'll truly use and love.
Is the Sweaty Betty Black Friday sale worth it?
Here at MC UK, we're all about sensible spending and making sure you're opting for trusted styles that'll make you feel great. That's why you have my word that I'm a personal fan of the Sweaty Betty kit - as a Senior Health Editor with almost ten years of industry exprience, it's a brand that I return to time and time again as I know the kit lasts the test of time.
Buy some of their best-selling gym leggings and you're investing in kit that you'll wear again and again. Case in point: I've had my Power leggings for the best part of six years now and they still look and feel as good as new.
For now - happy browsing.
