Now that it’s Monday, let’s not forget about the importance of the work/fitness balance in our busy lives. Our Marie Claire @ Work Live partners TruBe make it easy with their fitness app - think Uber but for personal trainers - where you can schedule someone to come to your home or office to train you. Don't want to train at home or at work? No problem - TruBe's trainers will even come to your local park or your hotel if you'd prefer.
Once the app has been downloaded, you simply pick a workout location and time of your choice, which can be scheduled anywhere from an hour to two weeks in advance.
Daria Kantor, CEO and co-founder of TruBe says, 'TruBe makes it easier to live a healthier and more active lifestyle by removing the barriers to exercise, including class timetables and travel time to and from the gym.'
She continues, 'By offering an on-demand service, TruBe provides workouts whenever and wherever the customer prefers, and at the intensity level desired.'
Jenna, one of the personal trainers at TruBe (pictured above) says, 'We all live such busy and complex lives and if you can offer someone an on demand personal trainer to come to them when they want and where they want, then it breeds healthier habits and in turn, happier people.'
And for anyone who is new to using a personal trainer, she adds, 'Everything is a little bit daunting the first time you try it, but you shouldn't give up at the first hurdle - you are about to embark on a lifestyle change that will benefit every area of your life. We endeavour to push you just hard enough to make you wanting more and to really get the post workout buzz!'

Additional types of workouts including yoga and boxing will be added as they expand their services.
Sessions are £65 per hour. Payment is taken via the TruBe app following the workout, and both users and trainers can rate each other after the session has finished. For more information about TruBe, visit their website.
