    Stand with your legs shoulder-width apart, arms extended out to the side, hands in a thumbs-up position. Extend your arms back while you push your chest out, then return to the original position for two reps. Switch your hands’ position to thumbs down and repeat for two reps.     Standing with legs shoulder-width apart, extend your arms out to the side, slightly bending your elbows towards the floor with the palms of your hands facing your ears.     Lie flat on your back, with your hands supporting your neck and head. Keeping your feet together, extend your legs 45 degrees to the left and crunch up. Holding the crunch position, gently touch each heel in turn to the ground as you move your legs gradually towards the right. Each heel should have touched the ground six times by the time you’ve moved your legs as far as you can to the right.     Lie flat on the floor on your stomach, with your legs together and arms extended out to the side in a ‘T’ position, palms facing the ceiling.
