We’re bringing together our favourite nutrition, fitness and health experts, as well as working alongside a carefully selected trio of boutique gyms and studios for Marie Claire Fit Fest — an event that’s guaranteed to nourish your mind and body.
Join us at luxury hotel, The Hoxton, Holborn, for one of two sessions (morning or afternoon) and hear from the likes of internet sensation Amelia Freer (nutrionist to the stars and author of Eat. Nourish. Glow), Natasha Corrett (founder of Honestly Healthy food delivery service and author of Honestly Healthy Cleanse), Jess Schuring (personal trainer and founder of Heartcore fitness studios in London), Jody Shield (health and well-being consultant), Ruth Anderson (lead psychologist with British Cyling, director of MiND HQ) and AJ Odudu (TV presenter and fitness vlogger).
