If your anything like us your biggest conundrum come the weekend is finding the perfect balance between sunbathing and socialising. And well we can't tell you the optimum ratio to maximise tanning hours and seeing your friends we can tell you which cocktail you should be enjoying whilst doing both!

Our tipple of choice? Żubrówka Bison Grass Vodka. With it's uniquely aromatic ingredient, bison grass, perfectly complimenting the hot summer temperatures any drink you choose to make with this will be soft on the palette and delicate in flavour.

Apple ZU

Ingredients 50ml Żubrówka 100ml traditional pressed cloudy apple juice Squeeze of lime

Method Fill a highball with ice, add all the ingredients and stir. Garnish with a few slices of apple and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon to tickle your tastebuds.

Zu Tonic

Ingredients 50ml Żubrówka 100ml quality tonic water 2 lime wedges

Method Fill a highball with ice, add all the ingredients and stir. Garnish with an un-squeezed lime wedge. Perfection!
