You can vary this recipe to suit your tastes. You could use other fruit cordials, such as raspberry, for example, or, if you want to make it more boozy, simply substitute the cordial for creme de cassis or another, similar, alcoholic fruit wine.

Ingredients: 1 bottle sparkling (or still) rose wine 100ml (or more to taste) of morello cherry cordial - I use Blossom Cottage, widely available 1 lemon, sliced into thin discs Edible flowers of your choice
Method: Simply mix together all the ingredients in a pitcher along with some ice and serve immediately.
