Ingredients: 4 lime wedges 20-25 mint leaves 2-3 kumquats 1 tbsp granulated white sugar 50ml Bacardi 50ml orange juice
Method: 1. Into a cocktail shaker add the lime wedges, mint leaves, kumquats and sugar 2. Muddle well 2. Add the Bacardi and orange juice 3. Fill the shaker with ice, then shake for at least six seconds 4. Pour the liquid into a highball glass and add plenty of crushed ice 5. Serve!
