Summer 2018 seems to have taken its sweet time to arrive, but now it is probably also time to switch up from mulled wine to a refreshing cocktail. We don't know about you, but we are really craving the cooling, sweet and fruity taste of summer while sunbathing in the garden (while also thinking about the plans we’ve cancelled because of the weather, but you know, priorities).
But, easier said than done, right? How are we supposed to relax when we have to decide when there are so many cocktails to choose from?
Our friends at CÎROC are helping to do our lives easier and make the most of the heatwave by sharing some of their unique and simple recipes using their limited edition flavour Summer Colada vodka.
CÎROC Summer Fino 40ml CÎROC Summer Colada 150ml Soda 15ml Fino Sherry Garnish: Half an orange wheel.
CÎROC Colada 50ml CÎROC Summer Colada 50ml Pineapple Juice Garnish: Mini pineapple or a wedge of fresh pineapple. Serve: In a tall glass filled with cubed ice.
CÎROC Colada Sunrise 45ml CÎROC Summer Colada 30ml Passionfruit Juice 40ml Orange Juice 20ml Lemon Juice Garnish: Wheel of fresh lemon, Thai basil and a small orchid flower. Serve: Pour all ingredients in a shaker over ice. Shake and strain.

All ingredients are poured directly into the glass over lots of ice and stirred until mixed well and chilled.
