Takes 20 mins Makes 16 bites
Ingredients: 8 thick slices white bread, crusts removed 50g (2oz) salted butter 225g (8oz) Brie 4 tbsp cranberry jelly
Method: 1. Spread the bread with half the butter. Top 4 slices (unbuttered side) with the cheese and cranberry jelly then sandwich together with the remaining slices of bread (buttered side uppermost). Melt the remaining butter in a large frying pan and fry each sandwich until golden. Cut into quarters and serve whilst still warm.
