The style on the streets at London fashion week: ss17
A dose of style inspiration
A dose of style inspiration
Fashion month is underway, and with it, a daily dose of fashion style inspiration for your new season wardrobe. Last week celebrities have flocked to the front row and the street style pack have descended upon Manhattan with one can only assume must be a fair few hundred pounds worth of excess baggage but this week it's the streets of London that we're talking about.
Whilst what the designers are showing on the runway is undoubtedly the main focus of the shows, what happens off the runway can be just as exciting. Who is wearing what, straight off the runway, no less? What will be the brand everyone wears? Who will be crowned this seasons' street-style-star? (What is she wearing, and where can I get one from?)
On the streets, the new mood appears to be either bold and bright or leans to those that favour neat, simple separates. Yes, expect to see clashing prints, striking shapes and prints as well as classic tailoring, retro shift dresses and artfully styled jeans.
See some of the most fabulous style moments from the spring/summer 2017 shows in London fashion week.
