Who has Hollywood's best dressed baby bump? Check out the most stylish pregnant stars here
Long gone are the days when maternity wear equated to oversized smocks and elasti-waist trousers. No where is this more apparent than in Hollywood, where baby bumps have become more of a style accessory than a style hindrance to expectant mums.
Reese Witherspoon
Reese only confirmed she was pregnant with her third child (her first with new hubby Jim Toth) in June 2012, but for months beforehand she'd been giving us all a lesson in fashionable bump-wear with her adorable sun dresses and chic red carpet looks. She made the rounds at the Cannes Film Festival in the spring, keeping it short and sweet in an LBD and adding some serious sex appeal in a sparkly blue Versace frock.

Drew Barrymore
Drew was a blooming bride for her 2 June, 2012 nuptials to Will Kopelman, when she finally confirmed she's expecting a new addition to her growing family. The star's signature boho look - ethnic prints, romantic maxis, rocker tees - has been her go-to uniform for her pregnancy so far.
Sienna Miller
Sienna Miller may have spent the first half of 2012 pregnant (she gave birth to baby Marlowe in July), but that didn't stop her from working her trademark rock-'n-roll style, keeping her bump stylish in flirty sundresses, suede ankle boots and funky headgear. For evening events, she opted for polished glam, like this black gown with elegant updo and understated accessories.
Uma Thurman
As a mum of two, Uma has had plenty of practice when it comes to looking stylish during pregnancy. For her third baby - and first child with hotelier Andre Balazs - the actress kept her style simple and tended towards masculine pieces, favouring bump-concealing blazers, long knits and textured coats.

Beyoncé
Beyoncé welcomed her first child with Jay-Z, daughter Blue Ivy, in January 2012 and she didn't let nine months of pregnancy cramp her glitzy, show-stopping style. From the moment she announced her pregnancy - in a head-turning orange Lanvin gown at the MTV VMA Awards in 2011 - the diva's pregnancy outfits have been glam as ever, with the singer favouring sparkly minidresses and plunge-neck, glitter-detail goddess gowns on the red carpet.
Miranda Kerr
Model mum-to-be Miranda looked phenomenal throughout her 2011 pregnancy as she awaited her first child with hubby Orlando Bloom. While jaws have dropped at her phenomenal post-baby bod, her maternity style is pretty enviable, too.
Victoria Beckham
When Victoria Beckham announced she was pregnant with her fourth child in January 2011, we all knew she wouldn't sacrifice her signature style - teetering stilettos, skinny jeans, leather bomber jackets - for nine months of pregnancy. And she didn't: Beckham looked sleek as ever in her sky-high platforms and bump-skimming frocks for all of her red carpet occasions.
Kate Hudson
For her second pregnancy - this time with Muse rocker Matt Bellamy - Kate Hudson looked every bit the stylish, glowing mum-to-be, whether she was rocking lemon yellow Versace or a leg-split black dress on the red carpet.
January Jones
Blonde bombshell January looked radiant throughout her 2011 pregnancy with son Xander. When she wasn't on her way to pregnancy yoga, she was rocking Breton stripes, maxis and artfully draped evening dresses.

Natalie Portman

The epitome of maternity chic, the Black Swan beauty chose a soft pink Viktor and Rolf number to walk the red carpet at the glittering Golden Globes, accessorising with a vibrant red clutch and beautiful pregnancy glow.
Angelina Jolie
For first baby Shiloh, Angelina Jolie largely stuck to a dark wardrobe, and wasn't one to parade the bump. Come her second pregnancy and she has become the queen of maternity chic, stealing the show at Cannes, in a series of bright-shade beautiful dresses, and that twin-size baby bump.
Heidi Klum
Proving that having a baby on the way doesn't mean having to cover up, Heidi Klum has worked the red carpet during all her pregnancies, donning a series of figure-hugging dresses. Flashing her enviable pins, the supermodel showed a baby bump doesn't have to get in the way of a great dress!
Amy Adams
In true Hollywood spirit, Amy Adams didn't let pregnancy get in the way of her style, and never stepped out looking anything other than fabulous when she was expecting baby Aviana Olea earlier this year. The starlet didn't take any chances when it came to style, and had Carolina Herrera design her a red-carpet worthy pregnancy wardrobe, perfect for all her Leap Year promotional duties.
Cate Blanchett
A red carpet pro when it comes to maternity dressing, Cate Blanchett has attended every awards ceremony going avec bump. Pictured here while pregnant with third son Ignatius, the Elizabeth actress glowed in two flowing, floor-length strapless gowns.

Halle Berry
Halle Berry really embraced her pregnancy figure, flaunting her enviable curves in a stunning blue cobalt dress, and figure-hugging satin number during red carpet appearances in 2007. A true yummy mummy!
Jennifer Lopez
Pregnant with twins, Jennifer Lopez ensured that her growing bump never compromised her style. Hiding her pregnancy initially from the press, she chose billowing shapes and chunky layers to conceal her growing tummy. Once she went public, it was all about bump-skimming empire lines. Not even her sky-high heels were eschewed, and her look remained super-glam right up to the birth of babies Max and Emme.

Gwyneth Paltrow
Attending an array of red carpet events while expecting daughter Apple and son Moses, Gwyneth Paltrow became a fan of loose-fitting. flowing gowns. The actress made few public appearances during both her pregnancies, but when she did step out, she did so with trademark classic style, with a good dose of glamour.
Denise Van Outen
Denise Van Outen was the picture of pregnancy style when she was expecting baby Betsey earlier this year, rocking a series of figure-hugging gowns during her public appearances. In fact the presenter enjoyed dressing her bump so much, she's even planning to design a maternity line, so watch this space.
