8 incredible looks from last night's Women In Film cocktail party

Sexism in Hollywood has been a hotly contested subject of late (see how Robin Wright impressively weighed in on the gender pay gap here), and while equality has a long way to go, there are, thankfully, awards such as The Women In Film Max Mara Face of the Future Award, which are dedicated to celebrating amazing women on the silver screen.
Now in its tenth year, the prize has previously been awarded to Hailee Steinfeld, Chloë Grace Moretz, Katie Holmes, Zoë Saldana, Elizabeth Banks, Ginnifer Goodwin and Emily Blunt. Last night s glitzy affair centred on Natalie Dormer who plays the formidable Queen of Westeros in Game Of Thrones. Dressed in a chic silver jumpsuit, by Max Mara naturally, Natalie was the epitome of poise. The actress has become a Max Mara darling, having sat front row at the Italian heritage brand s autumn/winter 2016 show back in February when the news broke that she d scooped the award.
LA s celebrity party hot spot Chateau Marmont heaved with stars dressed in their cocktail-hour finest. The most eye-catching of all was Emily Ratajkowski (our current style crush), who s figure-hugging mustard Roberto Cavalli crushed velvet suit has sparked a flood of tabloid headlines.
Other stars who turned out for the party included Alec Baldwin s model daughter Ireland, who also opted to go sans-shirt in a neatly-tailored black blazer and leather trousers. The guestlist also included Selma Blair, Gossip Girl actress Jessica Szohr, and Ashley Tisdale. Caroline Vreeland took a slouchier approach to tailoring in this tailored pinstripe suit. Her fuzzy shoes, hot pink clutch and deep v-neckline gave her otherwise classic look a modern update.

Ireland Baldwin took similar style cues to Emily in this daring black blazer and second-skin leather trouser combination.
Ashley Tisdale and Jessica Szohr
Ashley Tisdale and Jessica Szohr kept it simple in chic black. We love Ashley's on-trend choker and dressed-down leather biker.
Rainey Qualley
Andie MacDowel's actress-slash-singer daughter wore a simple vintage-style plum gown, minimal make up and nude platforms.
