The Christian Dior show was always going to be a Paris Fashion Week highlight...
The outrageously beautiful set In the opulent grounds of the Musée Rodin, Dior created a dense jungle of beautiful blooms, hanging orchids and exotic palms, and the best bit for our allergies? They were, shall we say, plastique! So no sneezing.
The Dior badge Our inner head girl was all over the new school-style Dior emblem which was seen jauntily decorating crisp ice blue cotton macs. We wanna be in their gang!
Floral explosion Yes, yes, more florals. But, as with Christopher Kane, nothing is straightforward. Bloom-printed dresses were stripped through with bold slogans written on the skirts.
The new house classics The bar jacket was given a sleeveless, structured, oversized shape, while the classic new look shape was reimagined in strapless molten evening gowns with incredible detailing and pockets. Fabulous.
The music What began as a quiet symphony erupted into a techno rave track which took us right back to 4am in Ibiza. We feel Raf had a fun summer...
