The Oscars rolled out its red carpet once again to toast this year's hottest movie talent. See all the stars and show-stopping style from the 2014 red carpet

The most star-studded soiree in the showbiz calendar, it was wall to wall A-listers at the 86th Academy Awards last night, as the biggest names in Hollywood turned out to attend the prestigious Oscars 2014 ceremony.

With this year's hottest movie talent - including Lupita Nyong'o and Jennifer Lawrence - heading up the best-dressed lists alongside Hollywood heavyweights Angelina Jolie and Cate Blanchett, the 2014 Academy Awards was one of the best years yet.

With whites and nudes quickly standing out as this season's colour to be wearing - complete with flashes of embellishement and glitter, the Oscars have never felt quite so pretty and feminine.
