Gucci Pre-Fall 2018 is here and now we really want a baseball cap
They've given us fuzzy loafers, double-G belts, logo tees and embellished trainers and now upping our all things Gucci obsession is the brands pre-fall 2018 collection lookbook.
Consisting of 82 different looks, the collection features plenty of vintage references, whimsical prints alongside quirky detailing and tactile fabrics - think sequinned shirtdresses, fringed bomber jackets and logo printed boots hiking boots.

With a definite outdoorsy feel with windbreakers, thick woolen socks and granny-esque blankets, the brand has tapped into the world's current love of all things 'gorpcore' -AKA practical, technical clothing worn in an urban environment.

Upping the vibe, the brand has collaborated with Major League Baseball (MLB) to create Gucci x MLB baseball hats, some featuring bird and floral motifs, that are paired with a number of outfits in the lookbook. With baseball caps already spotted at Balenciaga, Versus Versace, Chanel and Rodarte earlier this year, the Gucci x MLB collab is the final proof, that we need one in our lives, stat.
