The 2016 Emmys was a seriously stylish affair, with some of Hollywood's finest hitting the red carpet to attend the annual star-studded awards ceremony and celebrate some of the finest achievements in television. This year's show was held at the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles over a period of two days.
As with any glitzy awards show, the gowns were nothing short of incredible. Floor-grazing creations came in show-stopping shades and daring silhouettes, and in a variety of colours, patterns and textures. No doubt about it, the A-List know how to dress to impress.
It seemed that metallics were the A-List's go-to this year, as star after star flocked the red carpet in all things shimmery and sequinned. Vanessa Hudgens opted for a latte-coloured Roman dress and sandals, while Laverne Cox, Claire Danes and Padma Lakshmi all sparkled in gold and silver gowns.
White was another popular colour for the celebrities, with Heidi Klum, Mel B, Melora Hardin and more opting for the all-white look. Meanwhile, Julianne Hough opted for an all-over white lace number, which was nothing short of perfection.
First up, wearing possibly the best dress of the Emmys, is Kristen Bell, who wowed in a stunning floral gown by Zuhair Murad.
All in all, it was one very stylish Emmys red carpet. Click through to see all the best dressed celebs from this year's ceremony...
