A star spot at Gucci
Mary J Blige keeps up the star quota at Gucci
Mary J Blige keeps up the star quota at Gucci
Celebs have been thin on the ground in Milan this week, with A-list spots few and far between.
At Gucci today, however, Mary J Blige was on front-row duty, flanked by a stylishly clad entourage of female friends.
The rock chick star guest was an appropriate choice for a show designed to appeal to Gucci girls who like being in the limelight.
Body-con was the order of the day, with tight white minidresses, lace-up, skinny-leg trousers and buckle-embellished, tight, tight skirts paired with knee-high, strappy sandal boots and sporty leather biker jackets.
The models, led by Gucci favourite Natasha Poly, wore slicked back ponytails and toted huge statements bags, with the trademark Gucci snaffle bit making its appearance on body-cinching belts.
We spotted Mary J later in the day entering the Principe hotel (the same place where Team MC stays, incidentally), and while she wasn't sporting any of the runway collection yet, I wouldn't give it too long before she's rocking one of those micro minis and a pair of the new-season stacked platform heels in one of her music videos.
