The Fall has caused quite the stir since arriving on our screens five weeks ago. Opinions vary. Christopher Stevens wrote a piece for the Mail describing the show as 'the most repulsive drama ever broadcast on British TV', while Sarah Crompton of The Telegrah has praised it for empowering women.
Violent it most definitely is but we've been gripped by The Fall. The combination of Gillian Anderson's ice cool persona with model-turned-actor Jamie Dornan's handsome but hideously creepy and violent portrayal of a serial killer has won us over.
8 THINGS YOU DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT JAMIE DORNAN
The fiver-parter finishes tonight, and with a second series already confirmed, we're wondering how the show will end. Will DSI Stella Gibson pin the murders on Paul Spector, or leave it hanging for the next series? Will his family find out what he's been up to? Will anyone else be killed at the hands of Spector? Come back tomorrow when we'll have a full analysis of The Fall's finale.
The Fall will air on BBC 2 at 9pm tonight.
