JK Rowling has revealed who her favourite Harry Potter character is
Probably not who you're expecting
Probably not who you're expecting
Ever since the Harry Potter franchise came to an end (sob), author J.K. Rowling has managed to keep the magic alive by sharing a few hidden secrets about everyone's favourite witches and wizards.
For example, did you know the hidden meaning behind Hermione's patronus? Or this very surprising detail about Dean Thomas? How about the fact this member of the Weasley clan almost ended up in the SLYTHERIN house?
J.K. Rowling often takes to Twitter to treat her loyal Potterheads to these snippets of trivia, and as well as revealing the hidden secrets behind Hogwarts she's also used the social media platform to (finally) reveal who her favourite Harry Potter character is.
And before you take a guess, we're afraid it's not Professor Snape.
Yes, J.K. Rowling's favourite character in the Harry Potter universe is none other than Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore - a solid choice.
Sadly she wasn't exactly forthcoming in why the Hogwarts headmaster was her fave, but we don't really think Dumbledore is a choice that needs justifying.
