The long-awaited trailer for the Harry and Meghan romantic comedy is going viral
We officially cannot wait for this.
We officially cannot wait for this.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are one of the most talked-about couples in the world, making news these past few months for their upcoming royal arrival, due in April.
But it wasn’t their big move to Frogmore Cottage or the rumoured baby names that got the world talking about the royal couple this week.
Instead, it was the upcoming Lifetime rom com about their relationship, Harry & Meghan: Becoming Royal, that became a point of conversation.
The sequel to last year’s Harry & Meghan: A Royal Romance is set to tell the story of the couple’s first year of marriage, ‘pulling back the curtain to reveal the untold joys and challenges of life inside the Royal Family.
‘Beyond blending their families and cultures, Harry and Meghan’s core values are put to the test as they try to find the balance between honouring Royal tradition and staying true to their beliefs.’
The release date was announced last month, with the film set to premiere on 27 May 2019, and now the first official teaser trailer has been posted.

Curtsy dramas, passionate moments of PDA and struggles with royal protocol are all in store for us if the teaser trailer is anything to go by.
Spoiler alert - we cannot wait.
The film has been a divisive subject due to its casting with the announcement of the actors not going down too well with the public, with many questioning why they hadn’t used the same actors as the original film. Reportedly, there were scheduling conflicts.
Meghan Markle is set to be played by Tiffany Marie Smith in the upcoming royal flick, known for her roles in Supernatural and Jane the Virgin and Prince Harry is set to be played by Charlie Field, seen before in Genius and Poldark.
There’s not long to wait until Harry & Meghan: Becoming Royal, and we officially cannot wait.
